Can I Insert Misoprostol Three Hours Before My Uterine Polyp Biopsy Instead Of The Night Before?

My gynecologist instructed me to insert Misoprostol before going to sleep. She is going to do a biopsy of a polyp in the uterus. I read that you can insert the Misoprostol two hours before procedure. I prefer doing it at 6am, which is three hours prior. Is it that okay?
