Can I Insert Mirena Coil If Small Fibroids And Polyps Are Present?

i am 54, weigh 15 stone and I am 5ft 4ins in height. I have recently had a hysteroscopy which revealed two small fibroids and a polyp, I am also going through the menopause. My gp want me to have the mirena coil inserted. Can you please advise. Thank you.
