Can I Pill Cause Dark Vaginal Discharge And Itching?

HI Doctor..I took i-pill on 7th day if pds n after 1 wk i started getting vaginal bleeding , with itching and burning sensation in and around the urethra ad vagina. Bleeding is not very heavy as i normally get during menstruation but getting a chocolate color discharge. It seems to me like side affect of i-pill and UTI.. Please help and suggest me as its
worrisome to me .. Thanks!
