Can I Postpone My Period By Taking Dronis 20 Until Next Week, And Will It Prevent My Period This Month?

Hello I am a 25 yr old with PCOS.I have been taking Metformin for the past 2 months and also dronis 20 for 21 days for acne for the past 2 months.Today I am on day 19 of taking dronis 20 and period date is next week Monday(10/4/23). I want to postpone my period date to Thursday. How can I do it? Can I take dronis 20 till next week? If I do that will I miss my period completely for this month?
