Can I Proceed For Skin Grafting With Severe Heat Cold?

I have a severe head cold but I am supposed to be undergoing the removal of a SCC along with the application of a skin graft to close the wound tomorrow under a GA. The SCC is on my lower calf. Apart from my head cold and an unproductive cough I feel generally ok. Should I proceed with the surgery or postpone it?
