Can I Proceed With Chalazion Surgery During Pregnancy Or Must I Consult My OBGYN?

Hi I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant & have had a chalazion in my eye for over 6 months before I was pregnant I have the surgery scheduled for Monday to get it drained but forgot to bring it up to my ob yesterday at my appointment & she won’t be able to get back to me in time with an answer is it okay for me to go ahead and get this surgery?
