Can I Repeat Ciprofloxacin, Diflucan And Tablet Prescribed Earlier For Vaginal Discharge?

is it possible to take Ciprofloxacin, Diflucan and tablet for insertion again after just one month. i had sex with someone and developed a vaginal discharge after which the doctor perscribed the above medicine for me. i mistakenly went to bed with the same person again and developed the same discharge again. Should i take in the above medicines again since it worked well earlier?
