Can I Resume Taking Diane 35 On The Second Day Of My Period After Mistakenly Taking The Wrong Medication This Month?

I am taking Diane 35 as per doc advise on period 2nd day......but In this month I take printout N mistakenly instead of Diane 35...now only spot happened and no periods come as per routine after 21 days..kindly advise me now fiance 35 can take again on period 2nd day?????
