Can I Ride A Bicycle While Suffering From Acoustic Neuroma?

i have all the symptoms of an acoustic neuroma, the deafness, i had vertigo and vomiting. my eyes feel weird my teeth feel strange. can i have an acoustic neuroma and still ride a bicycle? also my right arm is very tingly. i have had all the tests and am waiting for the results of an mri.
