Can I Safely Apply "mometasone Furoate Cream" To Oozing Blisters

Can I safely apply "mometasone furoate cream" to oozing blisters on my face? Following the application of Just For Men beard dye I experienced a slight burning sensation, and after shampooing it off 5 minutes later, thought I was fine. But 24 hours later, my face (beard area) and lip had swollen, and my skin had begun to itch and weep a yellowish-clear liquid which appeared to be the result of oozing chemical burn blisters. By the 2nd morning the symptoms had progressed.
