Can I Safely Undergo Lower Tooth Extraction And Bone Grafts While On Prolia Injections For Osteopenia?

I have been diagnosed with osteopenia when I had bone density ultrasound and take prolia injections every 6 months. My next one is due March 15th. I am scheduled to have all my lower teeth (12) extracted and have 4 bone grafts done. I have asked dentist and doctor about having this procedure with no real answer. Dentist was not familiar with prolia and prescribing doctor said I needed to talk to dentist.
