Can I Safely Use Marijuana While Taking Ciprofloxacin, Nexium, Hioscina, And Other Antibiotics For A Bacterial Infection?

hi, I’m currently going through a bacterial infection. They had to IV me for an hour, and prescribed a number of antibiotics. Ciprofloxacina 500mg 5 days Multi flora advance for 7 days Nexium 40mg 5 days Aci-tings 3ml 5 days Hioscina 10mg for 5 days I was wondering if these medications could be mixed with marijuana or will it have negative effects
