Can I Still Get Pregnant If My Right Fallopian Tube Is Partially Distended With Slow Spillage, While The Left Tube Is Normal?

Hi. Yesterday I had gone through hysterolaparoscopy surgery . Report is showing that left tube is normal and free spillage and right tube is showing distal half of the tube is distended and slow spillage but not hydroslphix. And doctor said it's not infection also .. so can I get pregnant with right tube also .please give information ..
