Can I Still Have Active Tuberculosis Despite A Negative Sputum Test If A Pulmonary Nodule And Granuloma Are Seen On My X-ray?

Hi, I m from Philippines. I am currently under medication for my Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Is it possible that I I have a tuberculosis although my sputum test result is negative? There is a 1.9cm pulmonary nodule found in my upper right lobe and after two months the impression of my xray is 1. Granuloma on the right upper lobe 2. Pleurodiaphragmatic Adhesion on left.
