Can I Still Return To Work If My Chest CT Scan Shows Pulmonary TB In Both Upper Lobes With Small Cavitation On The Left?

Please help me I want to know the answer of this my agency medical center request a plain ct scan to may chest and the impression is PULMONARY TB,BOTH UPPER LOBES WITH SMALL CAVITATION LEFT .do I still can go back to work ? Please explain to me help me doc what is the impression says.
