Can I Switch To Different Prenatal Vitamins When I’m 7 Weeks Pregnant And Pregnacare Vitamins Cause Painful Bloating?

hi doctor I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant with 3rd baby I have been always taking pregnacare with both my babies I’m taking it now as well and it makes me so bloated is actually hurts and I look like 6 months pregnant. There’s anything I can do to change to different vitamins ? Thank you for your answer in advance.
