Can I Take Aleve PM With 50mg Of Tramadol? I

Can I take Aleve PM with 50mg of Tramadol? I just got out of the E.R. earlier due to my breathing. I've been unable to sleep since I got sick 5 days ago. I'm also on Prednisone, a Z-pac and also on nebulized albuterol until my breathing improves. Is it still okay to take Aleve PM to help be sleep?
