Can I Take Allergra, Mucolite And Wikoryl For Right Side Head Pain?

Hi, My right side of the head is paining, its like i am feeling the pain in a straight line, 2 years back i had same problem..then doctor suggested to take allegra120 , mucolite30, salive naval drop and wikoryl...can i take the same medicine now as well.
