Can I Take Benadryl For Rashes, High BP And Fever?

i fingered my girlfriend tonight and i work in fast foods and i got a burn mark on my arm 4 days ago and my mom got me bandages but i picked it like today and it was exposed but its got like really almost cleared up but after she left my house I came back home and have a swollen wrist(right) girlfriend had stomach virus couple days ago haven't hung out with her but then i kinda got sick Yesterday had a fever and high blood pressure but i feel better from that and now i got this rash that kinda hurts but you can tell my right wrist is larger then the other pain level 3 mom gave me benadryl aka shes been a nurse but if this progresses up my arm what should I do ?
