Can I Take Divery For A Delayed Period If I Have Tested Negative For Pregnancy?

Mam I removed my iud in 2months before during not my mensturation time ,,then 1week after I had period for 5days then now 60days late period I tested in kit 35days delayed period till got bfn ,,,can I take divery 10mg tablet before that I should take pregnancy test pls suggest
