Can I Take Excedrin For Migraine Pain, Nausea And Chills?

ive had a bad headache for 5 days now i feel tired have chills and feel nausea from time to time ive taken motrin 800, excedrin for migraine pain and nothing is working......i have a history of high blood pressure but ive been taking it on a daily basis and its normal......what can it be please help!!
