Can I Take Gynecosid To Clear The Clots When I Took ECP Had Bleeding But No Menstrual Bleeding?

Hi, i took ecp in Feb. I bleed widin two days of taking ecp. After that till now i didn t have periods. Ultrasound showed no gestational sac. But echogenic foci/blood clots. Can I take gynaecosid to remove these clots. And how to use these tablets please guide.
