Can I Take Lutenyl To Stop Menstruation For Pilgrimage Despite Already Having My Period?

Hi doctor, i am currently having my periods and its not normal bloodflow, i need to travel for pilgrimmage this end of week and this requires me to be in a non menstruating state. i was advised to take lutenyl before the arrival of my period but it is already here.i need advice regarding whether i can take lutenyl to stop the period now.
