Can I Take M2-Tone With Metformin To Conceive If I Have Polycystic Right Ovary, A Fundal Intramural Fibroid, And Failed Ovulation Induction?

I have Poly Cystic Right Ovary and fundal located intramural fibroid more to the left. I have tried ovulation induction 4times which failed. Follicular tracking showed premature follicular rupture after it s size reduced. Can I use m2 tone with metformin to conceive?
