Can I Take Meftal-Spas For Relief From Very Painful Periods Postpartum?

Hello, I have 1 year 15 days old baby boy. The very 1st month of my delivery I am getting my regular periods. Sometimes it is manageable with little lower abdomen pain but this time it is too painful especially for first 3 days. Can I take meftal spas to ease out my pain? Because of the pain not able to concentrate on anything...please advice
