Can I Take Metoprolol To Lower My Heart Rate Despite My Low Blood Pressure And Irregular Heartbeat, Especially Since Propafenone Hasn T Helped?

My blood pressure at last check was 87/66 HR 105 irregular beat. This has been going on since I got up. I took 325 propafenone ER at 11 am but so far it has not helped my heart rate. I take 12.5 mg metoprolol suc at night and wondering if I can take it now to lower my heart rate. Not sure with BP being low.
