Can I Take Primolut N, Clomid And Birth Control Pills Together?

Hope you are doing well. I m 35 years non married not asexualy active. female from Pakistan. I m pcos have more than 27 follicular cysts both ovaries. Been 3 months m on birth control pills to get periods but unable to get periods only a spot on dua date. Today my doctor prescribed me primulot n 10 days clomid 5 days with 21 days a pill of birth control to get periods I m confused about this combination of medicines to use together to induce bleeding. Can I use all as Google said clomid is for fertility and pregnancy plz guide me
