Can I Take Primolut N After Using Duphaston For Endometriosis, As I’m Still Bleeding Despite Taking Duphaston?

Hi please can I take primolut N after taking Duphaston for endometriosis..I have been having irregular cycles and in between periods and I was asked to take Duphaston and I had withdrawal bleeding with heavy clots and now I was asked to continue it but I keep bleeding while on it .can I take primolunt n?..thanks!
