Can I Take Regesterone Now To Induce My Period When It Is Irregular And Delayed Despite Taking An IPill A Little More Than A Day Later?

Hi sir My period is irregular some time it take 40 days to 60 days so if i feel that my period is too late that time i take regesteron and after 4-5 days period comes . Now my last period was on 13 July and still my period has not came meanwhile I was unprotected sex ( only doubt ) on 29 August and after 25 hours i took iPill Could i use Regesteron for period Pls give some suggestion I concerned too much
