Can I Take Tranexamic Acid For Heavy Bleeding With Clots, Despite Not Stopping Primolut-N?

Hi. I have been bleeding for 8 months. With big blood clots coming out every other week and spotting in between periods but bleeding has not stopped. I have taken primolut n 5mg, 3x a day for 10 days. But it has not stopped the spotting. Now the heavy clots have come back. Can I take tranexamic acid 3x a day right away? Thanks.
