Can I Take Trazodone And Walmart’s Sleep Aid Together If Trazodone Alone No Longer Works?

I had taken trazodone for years for a sleep aid and worked great. Stopped taking it for a while and started using Walmart’s brand of sleep aid. It has me been working for a few years, then stopped. I started trazodone again, but this time it doesn’t work at all for me. Can I take them both at the same time
