Can I Take Yaz Tablets After Having Paragard Put In?

I am 20, and i was on the depo and i had 3 doses and then stopped it , 3 weeks after my scheduled injection i got the paragard put in. it was taken out 21 days later due to very heavy bleeding, i began to take the yaz pill. before i got my iud my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex, also after it was put in, and continuously after it was removed. I have no idea when my 'period' was supposed to come. i have been feeling really nauseated almost all day everyday, i get motion sick which isnt normal for me and light cramping and going pee twice as much as usual, should i take a pregnancy test as soon as possible or how long should i wait?
