Can I Take Both New Follihair And Adgain Capsules Together For Increased Hair Loss, Or Should I Take Follihair With Brewer S Yeast Instead?

Can i take new Follihair and Adgain capsule together for increased Hair loss?? I am taking adgain plus since last 6 months every morning. Then i have stopped Adgain capsule from last 8 days and started new Follihair. but for more better effect Can i take new Follihair and Adgain capsule together. Or I should take new Follihair along with Brewer s yeast capsules. i am men, not yet married and age is 35.
