Can I Take Clindamycin 300 Mg And Sulfacetamide Sodium Ophthalmic

Can I take clindamycin 300 mg and sulfacetamide sodium ophthalmic solution 10% eye drops together. I've had pink eye for over 7 days that started in one eye and had spread to other eye and drops alone aren't helping. I use them 3 times a day as prescribed. Still red irritation and puffiness below the eye
