Can I Take Noraco And Fentanyl Patches To Sober Up

Can I take noraco and fentanyl patches to sober up off a 13 year meth habbit? Or will these make it worse. I Just want to sleep when I come down off meth.. The longest I have had clean was 7 days in the last 13 years. I wish I could go into a coma for about a month or so and be done with the eating and deprestion of Comming down. Is noraco and fentanyl what I'm looking for
