Can I Take One Tablesoon Of Raw Cocoa Powder For

Can I take one tablesoon of raw cocoa powder for a hot beverage if I am taking Plavix because I have plaque in my arteries. I am also taking a baby aspirin and lipitor although my cholesterol level is normal. I have plaque in my carotid in calcium score of 288 on CT heart saver Cat scan. Read cocoa thins blood and dilates veins so am concerned about effect on plaque of dilation of veins. Don't know if one tablespoon per day would do that or interact with meds mentioned. thank you.
