Can I Try IUI 4 To 5 Months After Treating Complex Atypical Endometrial Hyperplasia With Meprate And Lupride?

Hi dr, age 30yrs old, trying for planning, suffering from pcos from last few years, . Done with DHL due to constant lining of 18 to 20mm, report is Complex atypical hyperplasia of endometrium, received multiple grey brown soft tissues size 3.5×3×1 cms. Dr suggested meprate for 3mnths & taken lupride 3.75. Can i go for iui after 4 to 5 months or do i have to wait for more months, my weight now is 57. Wat precautions i have to use to avoid dis swelling in uterus n ovaries & to avoid dis hyperplasia, does dis comes again even after doing DNC ? Wat to do to avoid dis happening in future. Pls suggest is thr pregnancy possible in my case?
