Can I Use Fluocinoline Acetonide Ointment For Pityriasis Rosea?

Hi doctor, I have self diagnosed Pityriasis rosea, Google is a powerful tool and it seems that is what I am afflicted with. My daughter has seen her pediatrition for eczema and has been given Fluocinoline Acetonide Ointment, for an "as needed basis" Is this cream something I can use on my self-diagnosed issue?
