Can I Use Lobate Cream On My Vulva For 4 Weeks Instead Of Dermovate For Lichen Sclerosus?

I was diagnosed with Lichen sclerosis 4 years back. My dermatologist prescribed Dermovate and Tracortor. Unfortunately my LS came back again but I couldn t find dermovate in my town. Can I use lobate cream which contains Clobetasol propionate 0.05 with chlorocresol 0.1 on my vulva for 4 weeks instead of dermovate
