Can I Use Xylocaine Spray For The Removal Of Ingrown Hairs?

Hi, Can I please use xylocaine spray for the removal of ingrowing hairs. I have two on my eyebrow and several on my lower arm. They swell, and are difficult to remove. I have tried xylocaine cream but the tweezers slip. I have been rejected from buying the xylocaine spray on line. I worked as a PHARMA SALES EXECUTIVE ans sold both lignocaine and marcain so am aware of the s/e profiles.
