Can I Use An Ultrasonic Cavitation Or Radiofrequency Device On My Arm With A Nexplanon Implant Without Disrupting It?

I am using an at home ultrasonic cavitation/radiofrequency device for body fat reduction. I also have a Nexplanon contraceptive device in my upper arm. Can I use these technologies in that area without worrying about it disrupting the implant? Will a reduction in fat cause it to suddenly release too much hormone?
