Can I Use Any Medication For A Red And White Pimple On My Vagina After Using Veet Hair Removal Cream, As I Have Sensitive Skin?

Hi! I have sensitive skin I can not use any type of hair removal cream because it irritates etc my skin, but unfortunately last week I used veet cream and now this week I have seen pimple on my vigina which is red and white color. My periods are ended yesterday ut I didn t use anything. I am worried about it kindly guide me in this regard and if any medication I can use for it then plz tell me.
