Can I Use Fucidin For Redness On Face? My Doctor

Can I use fucidin for redness on face? My doctor consulted me avene anti-redness and fucidin. After using both fucidin is actually working. But i still want to make sure is it for the rashes/heat redness? Also can I use acretin for my acne after my heat bumps are gone? Acretin was prescribed by my doctor too but now using acretin over the redness amde it worse..
