Can I Use Numbness Spray After Undergoing Circumcision?

HI i got circumcision btw I am 23 years old and its been exactly 4 weeks. My stitches have fallen except 3 which the area is healed completely the problem I have is on the upper right hand side the stitches fell but the 2 skins are not attached i dont bleed or anything but it is just not attached the length is about a
.25 of an inch.


Will this heal by its self or do i need to go back and get stiched? also when can i resume sexual activity? as far as the stiches go 1 removed 1 myself other once are healed but hurt to pull out is there a numbness spray i can use to take them out I am 100% sure they r healed and have no issue.
