Can IUI And IVF Cause Hyperkeratosis?

Hello doctors, I am 31 years old, I weigh 145 and am 5'8". I have been struggling with unexplained infertility for 7 years. We have had exhaustive testing done to determine; they have all come back inconclusive. My question: I recently received an abnormal pap result with hyperkeratosis. Could my 3 IUI's and IVF be to blame?
