Can IVF Treatment Be Resumed After Completing AKT-4 And AKT-2 Dosage?

we have lanned for ivf my doctor sugeested me rogynova and had scan for embryo develoment. but found to be below 7.5mm . this continued for 3 cycles, resulted same. so now rescribed to take akt4 for 2 months and akt2 for 4 months. how to take akt2 after bf or bf , though all my tests were normal why they sugeested me to take akt4 and akt2. after this treatmtnt shall we roceed with ivf.
