Can Ibuprofen Taken Without Prescription Be Harmful?

My dad put down on the table (prescription)3 ibprofin 600 milagram each on his night stand to only take one and he reached over to answer his phone and my 2 year old daughter grabbed them and we ripped 2 out of her hand and cannot find the 3rd one. I am so scared right now! Will she be ok if she ate it?????
