Can Implanon Cause Ovarian Cyst?

I know now that an implenon for Birth control can cause ovarian cysts? I have had the thing removed for a year now and my tubes tied yet still battling ovarian cysts? Is this caused still from the Implenon? I need Help just had surgery last week for another cyst and here it is 9 days later and i think I may have another one?
