Can Implanon Cause Vomiting After Alcohol Consumption?

Hi, I am a 38 year old woman who had an implanon implanted 6 days ago. On day 4 after the implant I had a few drinks with friends and seemed to feel the effects of the alcohol much quicker than normal. I was on my 6th drink when I suddenly became violently ill & spent the next 3 hrs vomiting. I have consumed much larger volumes of alcohol at various times & not had this affect so was wondering if this could have anything to do with the implant.
