Can Ipill Cause Heavy Bleeding?

My last period was on 18th of october then had unprotected sex on 22nd and 23rd october but he didnt ejaculate in me and then on 29th october again we had unprotected sex and he ejaculated in me multiple times. I took an ipill within 24hrs of sex. after two weeks thats on 13th of november i had bleeding which is 27th day of my cycle. Im generally on 5days normal cycle. but now this bleeding only lasted for 2days. I am nt sure if it was my period or bleeding due to ipil. I took a pregnany test today that is my 29th day of cycle which was negative. please advice
